5 Stars for the entire Eltringham Law Group! None of us would go to a Personal Injury law practice unless something bad happened in the first place so there is a tendency to be very angry and emotional in additional to being hurt ... not a good frame of mind and body to start a new professional relationship with. Everyone at Eltringham embraced me and my case with compassion, empathy and caring. Their first priority was consistently focused on my recovery and well being ... without your health it's hard to keep a job no less run an entire company as I do. The firm is filled with top professionals in all necessary disciplines (health care, insurance, traffic rules/laws, etc) in addition to the outstanding litigation knowledge and skills that one would expect of a Personal Injury practice. I certainly hope that bad things don't happen to you as they did to me. However, if you do find yourself being the victim of an accident (automobile, slip-n-fall, abuse, etc) then rest assured that the Eltringham Law Group will not only handle your legal case for you but also mitigate the complexity, confusion, hassle, stress of dealing with all the many things that need to get handled precisely ... all while maintaining a humanistic relationship which is focused on medical recovery. I was in a car accident last year and hired Eltringham Law Group as my attorneys. This turned out to be a great decision because David Eltringham and his team never stopped fighting and refused my insurance company’s low ball settlement offers. Instead, they filed a lawsuit and ended up with a policy limits settlement that was 5 x the insurance company’s best offer. Amazing lawyers that actually care about their clients—that’s the difference from all those other firms you see on tv!!! Would recommend for any type of accident period!!! ..DP..

Fed up, I replace that lawyer with the Eltringham Law group and within two months they were able to settle my caseable to settle my case for 3 times the amount offered to my old lawyer. I highly recommend attorneys David Eltringham & Tom Jerla to anyone involved in an accident. They really care about their clients and they know how to work with the insurance companies to get the job done.

ELG – Eltringham Law Group! These guys are the real deal. Funny Story… April 5th, 2013. I get into a Hit & Run with a Drunk Driver. My car is totaled. The Good Samaritan who chased down the driver got a VIN# and I was so happy because I didn’t have Uninsured Motorist. I come and sit down with David Eltringham (yes the actual attorney – not a dispatched office clerk). He explains that he will do everything in his power to help me get this guy and he does. That gentleman is facing charges right now – NOT BECAUSE OF THE INVESTIGATORS… BECAUSE of the Attorney’s office (Kim is the Bomb!). They worked on the case even though there was no money in it for them. What attorney does that?! Fast Forward: August 5th, 2014… A young kid pulls out in front of me and boom. Another accident. First person I call? David Eltringham. His office figures out that my Chiropractor is not doing a good job. They send me to a Neurologist by referral who diagnosis some major health issues and then sends me to an Orthopedic who needed to do Surgery. These guys figured out that I was without surgery for 60 days because I thought I didn’t need an attorney. BOTTOM LINE: This case was settled and we all actually got paid. More importantly, without his expertise and great doctors they work with, I could’ve been permanently injured and never healed. You think attorneys are in it for the money but THIS ONE CARES ABOUT THE CLIENTS! Thank you for not only saving me pain and agony but also saving me from the hassle of fighting with the insurance carriers. You guys are the best and if I ever need you again believe me – I WILL BE CALLING DAVID ELTRINGHAM.

last year i was driving my work truck when i was struck by a driver that had blacked out and crossed the median of the roadway. Eltringham law group was recently able to get me a successful recovery to compensate me for my outstanding medical bills and reimburse my workers compensation insurance carrier. i am grateful for the hard work that the firm put into my case and getting me this recovery because during the investigation and the evaluation of my claim the lawyers discovered a unique legal issue that would have complete absolved the other driver from liability and prevented me from recovering anything. based upon my experience i would highly recommend them to anyone who is involved in a automobile accident.

Attorney Eltringham and his entire staff are caring, professional, and knowledgeable. When I was in an accident I consulted with a different attorney and I walked out feeling like my case wasn't about me or my injuries, but about them. When I was referred to Mr. Eltringham I knew I had found someone who cared about ME. He helped with every aspect of my care and recovery, with the repairs to my car. He was always there for me.
