My boyfriend and I were in a horrible car accident last December and we were both badly injured. My boyfriend even ending up having knee surgery as a result. Hiring attorney David Eltringham to represent us turned out to be a great decision because the driver that hit us lied to police and his insurance company and falsely accused me of causing the accident. David and his staff proved the driver was lying by securing sworn statements from 2 independent witnesses that had been driving behind us.
