I have never in my 68 years been in a car accident. I was sitting at a traffic light waiting to make a right hand turn and another car ran into the back of my car. I was in touch with my insurance company and the treated me as if I had NOT been with them for ten years and had NEVER submitted a claim. I let them know my car was old and the damage was not that severe so they could send me the $$ they would pay a repair shop. I sent them a video of the damage and they said they would send me a check for $710.00. I told the adjuster you could not drive into a repair shop for $710 and told him to fix the car. $2500 later I got my car back. They also wanted to offer me a paltry sum to get my signature on a release a few days after my accident. I had lower back pain and knew I needed to see someone. After mentioning this to the adjuster he let me know they could pay for a few visits. I knew then I needed help. I found Eltringham on the internet and sent them a message. I received a reply quickly and they put the wheels in motion. The communication from their office was fantastic. They kept me informed of what was going on from day one until I received notice that the claim was settled. I cannot recommend this firm enough. They know what they are doing and handled my case perfectly. 5 stars indeed!!!

Overall, amazing service. My case manager was one of the best. Yolanda Correa honestly made this process so much easier. She made sure I knew everything going on in the case. She explained the whole process of the case. She always made sure, I understood something she was going to do before she did it. She was the only one who kept in contact with me. If you guys had an option please get with Yolanda Correa. Top notch and you know she knows what she’s doing. Yolanda, thank you for this unexpected journey a smooth and a calm one.
