What a pleasure it was to have a law firm like Maranges Law!

Excellent representation by Attorney Chris Maranges and Chris and Becky were extremely responsive for my FL insurance claim. I am an attorney in a different state who practices insurance law and I highly recommend Maranges Law for any FL insurance issues.

Jeff, Keith and the team at LC Carlson Law are second to none. After finding alleged violations of Florida Statute 718 "The Condo Act" I attempted to resolve these matters on my own, but it quickly became clear I needed representation. Knowing Florida is the condo capital of the country, I figured it would be rather easy to find fierce council that would protect my property rights and my investment. I was surprised to find that most attorney's will only represent COAs but not individual property owners. I was very initially uncomfortable retaining a law firm for bringing action against my own COA, but even moreover, with a firm that was nearly 2 hours away from where I live. It's clear geography does not matter, and the stigma lawyers have of poor communication isn't true with this team. The communication and use of technology made any distance a non - issue. The follow up via email almost weekly was very helpful at putting my mind at ease. I really felt like I had someone who understood just how personal this was for me. I quickly learned that while 718 seems cut and dry, it really isn't and it is important to take on these situations with an experienced team working on my behalf. In addition to the excellent communication, their level of transparency was outstanding. I always knew where I stood with my claim, what risks were involved, and always given all of the information needed to make an informed decision. I really cannot thank Jeff, Keith and the team at LC Carlson Law enough for the excellent representation. The candor and care shown by this team without a doubt speaks to their integrity and their desire to always put their client first. I will definitely use them for all of my future condo/real estate needs- although I hope there aren't any!
