We were being harassed by a neighbor who was on our BOD with unsubstantiated violations that were simply not true. His anger toward us started when we installed our permitted and ARC approved pool which he told us obstructed his view. We did everything we could to try to appease him but he was relentless. Jeff Kominsky was recommended by a friend and we gave him a call. Our Management Company kept escalating the violation until it reached our Fining Committee. Jeff and his associate Jon Hodges stepped in and thanks to their advise we were able to show the Fining Committee our side of the story in a profession manner and the Committee agreed we had not committed a violation and the matter was dropped. We are very grateful to them both.

Mr. Solomon makes a very complicated, time consuming, unapologetic, impersonal, bureaucratic nightmare, that is the US immigration system, into something doable. Without a doubt, I could not have navigated the maze of paperwork, legal steps, and legal jargon without Mr Solomon. My wife and I made many mistakes, which could have added months to our wait time, and Solomon caught them all, made corrections, and navigated us back on track saving us months of time. He takes the time to make sure you understand everything, when I felt I called him more times than I should have I apologised for it; he said "Kevin, I'm your lawyer, I'm here to help you, don't apologise, it's what I'm here for"...
