Michael Greenfield was so easy to work with and got everything done is a timely manner. After losing my uncle so suddenly and seeing everything go into probate making it extremely difficult for my cousin, Michael explained to us how we could avoid that happening. Initially, we retained LS Carlson for an HOA matter. While the HOA matter was continuing its process we retained them for separate business dealings. For the business matter, I asked them to review an employment agreement. After they reviewed the forms and provided feedback about the legalities that needed to be included we were presented with a professional and protective agreement. Recently, we were able to finalize our HOA matter through mediation. Attorney Jeff Kominsky and Attorney Jon Hodges represented us in both the business and HOA matter. I cannot say enough great things about both of them. Throughout both processes they had our best interests in mind. True professionals, highly experienced and a genuine care for their clients are just a few words to describe them. I spent the $300 for the consult and boy was that worth every penny! In my case, it saved me an expensive and lengthy legal battle, that wasn’t slanted in my favor. I really appreciate Jeff’s candid, extremely knowledgeable and forthright way. Wasn’t what I wanted to hear but, morally being right and legally being right are often a contentious union. Jeff offered a few options in strategy of how I might proceed but was forthright in saying, I had an uphill battle. (Ugh for me) I’d go so far as to say, Jeff is the Jedi Master of - HOA/condo law & unit owners rights. After consulting with numerous attorneys, numerous all saying opposing things, (crazy making), I bowed to Jeff like a fury Ewok to C-3PO!
