I found Catherine through ARAG and I had such a pleasant consultation. She was kind, thoughtful and explained the process, but not before she asked me about my situation. She was kind and empathetic and most of all honest about the legal process, current situation in the legal system and presented some things to think about. It was a very genuine interaction. I received a 30 minute free consultation where he told me exactly what I needed to do including the fact that I might not even need his services . We continued to have an email dialogue and I got a second free 30 minute consultation . I asked him when does he get paid ? He said if we keep this up a few more times . Turns out I didn't need his services at all . He was very gracious and wished me well . The best I can do to pay him is to write this review .
