I just got off the phone with Jeff Kaminsky and I realize that I am actually wearing a great big smile. I have been battling my HOA for three years over my right to have a clear glass storm door. I have been bullied, discriminated against, threatened with fines and ultimately left feeling like corruption is real and I need a war plan. I committed to an hour appointment with Jeff to discuss a “strategy”. It was the best 300 dollars I have spent in a long time, better than a shopping spree for sure! Jeff actively listened as I explained the harassment, inequities and hypocrisies I have had to contend with; interrupting me, with apology, only to cite statutes in my favor; by number, dispense legal advice or guide me toward legal options, and he did it with compassion. I found him to be realistic, informative and a teacher at heart. I hung up the phone feeling grounded and ready to make some educated decisions as to my next course of action. Aaron is a brilliant lawyer with a history of winning. Although going through the bankruptcy process was difficult, it was a pleasure and a comfort to watch Aaron work. His vision, focus, and execution were that of a Master Craftsman, such as an orchestra conductor, sculptor, or neurosurgeon. Aaron is experienced and skilled, but he is also empathetic and compassionate, making it a comfort to have him there to guide and represent us. Aaron is also very tough, but his paradigm is win-win, and this extends to all stakeholders involved, so he is able to accomplish a great deal quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough positive things about Aaron, and I highly recommend him.

Our company was faced with the prospect of going through a reorganization due to long term impact of COVID and some other negative external actions. Aaron and his team were recommended to our company though another attorney, I am very glad we had the recommendation. Aaron guided us through the process and explained our options, setting very real expectations for us as we went through what is a difficult process. He and his team ensured that we knew how to operate, provided incredible guidance and allowed us to emerge through the process in a position that will allow our company the fresh start it needed to survive and grow. As we went through the process, Aaron continually advised us on the proper course of action, showed us ways in which to minimize our legal expenses and also reminded us that we will get through this as a stronger company (even when we thought we would not). I highly recommend Wernick Law if you find your company in this type of situation. You need to do the work as well but know that if you work with this team and follow their lead you can get through this.

No one ever wants to hire an attorney but if you need a fantastic bankruptcy attorney Aaron Wernick and team are highly capable. We had a very long and drawn out case due to an unsettled lawsuit from the past, but Aaron’s team left no stone unturned fighting for us. We received the best outcome and couldn’t be happier about the judgement. Highly recommend Aaron and his team.

Alison is the best amazing. Mr Solomon is awesome. Ms Jennifer who did the mock interview was fantastic. Tamara was pretty great as well. That was our team. They are a dream team for Rochelle and I. We got a go on the first try. The money was not to much. We got the best and they are worth it.

Have previously tried using one of those large corporate trademark services and had nothing but terrible service and hidden fees. Got in contact with Zoe Bernstein and same day she responded with more information and help than I received from other company in over a month and a half. Worth every penny going with Zoe Bernstein Law. Made trademarking much easier and a lot less complicated. Look forward to doing more business in the future!

It's an understatement how awesome the K-1 service was from Solomon Law. Completely streamlined process, eventually we got hooked up with Allison who was a rock star when it came to all the guidance and the million questions my fiance had ;) Rarely have I felt that my money was spent as well as this, my life has been highly upgraded and this group deserves a lot of the credit!

I want to Thank Michael and Tamara for all of their hard work in getting my Wife and Daughter here to the United States. Even though it took 3 years for them to get here, because of the Pandemic.
