she, illegally put 2 cases together. financially ..because I was going to fire her.. she misrepresented herself and expert witness. in my case. a shark of an attorney.. I went and to sheriff report ..which exonerated me she wasn't going to GO. OUT of her office ..and moved the date to 7 weeks later. very costly because I had to stay in a motel.. the sheriff said I was not at fault. that. did not bother Ms Favitta. wasn't her 5 thousand dollars. or time disrespectful. Attorney. in ever level of my case

I found Catherine via ARAG services. she quickly established me as her client via ARAG. However once that was done I felt I received poor service. We only got through the retainer paperwork before I realized she would not be a good fit for me. I let her know I would seek services elsewhere and in less than 24 hours she billed for 8.3 hours. we hadn’t even spoken about my case yet somehow she claimed she worked 8.3 hours and billed AARG reducing my benefit!

I recently hired Mrs. Bernstein to assist me in filing for a word mark and a logo mark. She explained the entire process thoroughly, and was patient and very knowledgeable. I would like to say that I called 5 other Law Firms for Trademark information and asking to help me get started and after 5 months nobody has called me but when I called Zoe Bernstein Law she answered me right away and in about 30 minutes she explained the process to me, gave me paperwork to do online, make a one time payment , and took care of me the same day. She has been in contact with me via email, text, and/or phone call to give me updates. I also texted Ms. Bernstein, and letting her know that I have received a letter in the mail for me to pay $1,800 for my Trademark so I texted Ms. Zoe a picture of the letter and she replied to me within 1 minute letting me know not to pay it because it was a scam. We were having an issue with our HOA regarding a shed on our property and based on the reviews we saw on google we reached out to LS Carlson and a few other firms. Our initial consultation with Jeff Kominsky (Partner) was nothing short of impressive. First and foremost Jeff actually took the time to listen to us and give us advice on our specific situation. Many other firms used the consultation meeting to brag to us how great they were but didn't really take the time to hear the details. Once we went over what was going on Jeff outlined in layman's terms what our potential legal solutions were, while also giving us a roadmap for how the legal process works and what to expect next. We walked away from the meeting feeling reassured and confident. What really set LS Carlson apart was that Jeff didn't push us to sign immediately. Sometimes these meetings can feel like a high pressure sales pitch, this couldn't be further from the case here. Jeff didn't even discuss next steps, we had to bring it up.
