I found Alan on AVVO just out of pure luck, thank God. Better lucky than smart. He has been my savior. I purchased a property with numerous title faults, and had I not found Alan, it would still be a mess. I would have had to sell the property for a huge loss, if I would have been able to sell it. The number of attorneys that could have solved this mess, nor wanted to tackle it, is extremely limited. Attorney Raines is a highly competent and skilled legal expert. Ive worked with a number of attorneys in my career at a major institutional investment house in Pittsburgh, and attorney Raines far outshines the others. He is great at cutting to the heart of the problem, as persistent as a terrier, and thrives on complex litigation. He's a tough negotiator and ALWAYS acts in your interest. His judgement is keen. His communication has been excellent, and he's just a down-to-earth guy. I wholeheartedly recommend him if you have a major business or real estate problem, or any complex litigation.

Alan has helped me with two business situations in the past few months. With both, he was incredibly responsive and got communications out the same day. We quickly resolved the first issue and are still working on the second with alternate plans in place depending upon responses we receive. I highly recommend him.
