I found myself in a position that I needed solid legal real estate guidance very quickly and Mr. Klein more than met expectations! He was very prompt, knowledgeable and down to Earth, even after he realized that I would not be in need of his services. I like that his demeanor and candor did not change even after he realized he wasn't going to see a profit from me. He's a good one :)
