I contacted attorney Betty Elaine Jones Regarding a modification of parenting plan. After consultation I decided to hire her; once retainer fee was paid; I notice the rudeness, unprofessionalism, incompetence & etc with her and her staff. Her and her staff were incoherent most of the time and sloppy must I had as an operation. Ultimately her representing me was a failure and big mistake. Save yourself a headache by staying away from her.

Betty was very helpful and extremely informative. She's professional, friendly, and not judgemental. I highly recommend her.

Attorney Jones provided educated council on Florida law . The divorce process went very smoothly. I would recommend her highly.

Hired Elaine for a divorce in 2014. She was very professional and kept the lines of communication going through all phases of the process. She really cared about what happened to me and did her job thoroughly. Reasonable rates and kept great records. Explained the law to me when I would make suggestions or wanted something to happen so we wouldn't waste our time or could get something done. Will end up hiring her again if needed for child support re-evaluation and if anything else comes up with my Ex.

Basically I trust this attorney. She is professional and impartial in her duties. Smart to the system that exists in Hillsborough County. I just re hired her to take care of a custody battle that is a brewing. I would recommend her for your personal legal needs.

Ms . Jones is really great! She helped me obtain co Guardianship for my son. She is very professional but down to earth. And she went above and beyond to help me meet my needs. She helped me understand every little thing and was there when ever I needed her. If I ever need another attorney/ lawyer again , she will be the first person I would call and hire for sure!!! I highly recommend her...

Attorney Jones was very helpful and helped me with my divorce and child custody she went out of her way and is by far the best attorney I've delt with Thanks to her my kids are safe.

We hired Ms. Jones to represent us in an administrative hearing regarding our request for a downward child support modification. Although we did not have the outcome that we hoped for, that was not due to our legal representation. Often people judge the success of their attorney by whether they got what they WANTED during a hearing however it may not be what you are LEGALLY ENTITLED to. Ms. Jones provided us with reasonable expectations and was honest/straightforward in explaining the difference between WANT and LEGALLY ENTITLED to. We would definately recommend her. Thank you.
