We had our consultation with Jeffrey Kominsky today and found him extremely knowledgeable regarding our situation with our HOA. He made us feel at ease and will hopefully have a great outcome at the end of this.

Had a fantastic experience meeting with Jeff Kominsky for a consultation while in a dispute with our HOA. Jeff spoke in layman's terms and took the time to make sure we understood our rights as homeowners. He was very knowledgable when it came to our specific situation and made us feel very comfortable. He gave us all the information we would need to move forward with our dispute should we choose to proceed on our own, however, we couldn't imagine taking on this challenge on our own without his & his firms amazing abilities and expertise. We would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat to anyone going through the insanity like we are with our HOA.

David Lehr with LS Carlson Law was very professional. He answered all my questions about a dispute I currently have with my HOA and gave me steps to follow in order to resolve the dispute. On 4/27/23, I consulted with Jeff Kominsky, Esquire from LS Carlson Law, PC. As a retired expert witness of 30 years dealing with attorneys 5 days a week, Mr. Jeff Kominsky ranks at the top of my list!!
