Approximately one year and a half ago me and two of my siblings were involved in a dangerous car accident on I95. Three cars were involved on that crash. After several months the lawyers we hired didn't do a good job and dropped the ball, after giving a lot of excuses they just quit and leaves us without legal representation. But we were lucky, I was on the phone for more than an hour with one of the lawyers that was closing the case. While were talking on the phone I just kept asking the same question. My family and I needed a good lawyer that could helps with two claims against us. The case was complicated and finally I had Mrs Amy phone number. It took Mrs Amy less than a month to fix and do the work of a 6 month stagnant case. She worked hard, maintaining active communication all the time. Super professional and knowledgeable, she was amaizing and won the case. In fact she was better in everything the day the lawyers from the 3 parties met. She was one mile ahead of everybody, hands down 👏 Mrs Amy represented me a second time. My second car acciddent case was closed recently. I was not at fault, nevertheless I call her because I needed legal advice and assistance. She make everything so easy. She has all the answers and no matter how bad ithe situation she always finds a way to get the best results. We cannot recommend hiring Jacqueline enough. We had been hitting walls for almost 2 years trying to settle a dispute over a mortgage with an ex and we thought we were out of options. I was referred to Ms. Bourassa recently to handle my divorce. She stated at our first meeting she would handle the case and get it done the way I asked. She also is extremely responsive and actually returns phone calls. While at time I got excited and vented my needs during the progress of this case, Ms Bourassa remained calm advising me to to the same. She also advised me to simply let most of my demands lay, and get on with my life. Good advice, which I eventually followed. Don't let Jaquiline's soft voice and calm demeanor fool you, chances are if you follow her advice your case will resolve itself quickly and in the manner you wanted, mine did.
