Steven helped me navigate a release of liability proposed by a company. He was thorough at explaining the language for each item and explaining the risks to me proposed by that company. He then negotiated mutually agreeable language with the opposing legal counsel who proposed the release. Steve Ganim is knowledgeable, proficient in what he does, very thorough and explains everything in detail. He was on top of everything in a timely fashion.
