I spoke with David Lehr for a strategy call regarding our condominium in Florida. I sent him voluminous amounts of information prior to our call. He explained the obligations of the condo association and my rights under Florida law as an owner. He answered all of my questions and methodically explained how to go about getting information and submitting a request for records inspection. One always takes risk when relying on the internet for assistance but this was a time when the internet provided a firm and a lawyer that was a benefit. I recommend LS Carlson Law and Mr. Lehr in particular. He was thorough and careful in answering my questions and correcting me if I was wrong in what I assumed. He made sure to follow up with an email giving me the information I requested so I could pursue a document on my own if I choose to do that. I was completely satisfied and recommend him and also the people who assisted me in setting up the call. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Excellent firm. Excellent attorney - Jeff Kominsky. I have dealt with many attorneys and firms over the decades, both professionally and personally. This firm and Jeff have impressed me, something that is not that easy to do. If you are a member of a condo or homeowners' association, this is a firm with a practice dedicated to your issues. They don't represent associations. Call them. Good decisions require good information. Pay for a consultation; the price is reasonable. You may or may not get the answers you hoped for (IMO the system is pretty stacked against "the small people," particularly if you don't have deep pockets), but I trust you will gain some clarity of your options and their pluses and minuses.
