On 4/27/23, I consulted with Jeff Kominsky, Esquire from LS Carlson Law, PC. As a retired expert witness of 30 years dealing with attorneys 5 days a week, Mr. Jeff Kominsky ranks at the top of my list!! I must say that Mr. Kominsky displayed an extremely professional, kind and informative demeanor throughout our hour long consultation. He made sure that I had a thorough understanding of each point/Statute and he didn't move to the next point without asking me if I had any questions. Mr. Kominsky was not in a rush to get me off the Zoom conference, as a matter of fact, he spoke clearly, concisely and slow enough for me to take explicit notes of our conversation. He made me feel comfortable and confident to handle my "uncomfortable homeowner's situation". I would highly recommend Mr. Kominsky to handle your condo or homeowner association problems without hesitation. His knowledge of the Statutes and ability to explain them in an understandable way has given me the confidence I need to stand up to the bullies on our Board.
