As a landlord, the most stressful experience we’ve had to deal with to date was the recent eviction of a tenant. Kelley & Grant, P.A., went above and beyond to walk us through the process and steer us clear of the potential legal minefield landlords face. In particular, Erin Kelly provided us with prompt and accurate information at each juncture. While I would never willing walk down this path again; should we ever have to evict another tenant, I would not hesitate to retain their service.
