I have dealt with Kelly & Grant on all my evictions and they are the best. I have dealt with Patricia on a couple and she has been nothing but amazing. One was contested and we went to court and one was not. The law firm took care of everything from the three day notice to possession of the property. I would highly recommend them for your eviction needs. I more recently have had dealings with Erin Kelly and she has been amazing as well. I would not call anyone except this firm for the help I need. They are always on top of the game and are sending me emails even before the timeframe is up!
