I used this law firm recently for an eviction case and I was extremely pleased with how professional they were. Their instructions for me to follow from beginning to end were very clear. On October 11th at 3:34 PM, I experienced unacceptable treatment from a supervisor name Maite who answered my phone call. When I asked to speak with an agent, I was informed she was unavailable. Upon mentioning additional questions for Lisa, the supervisor became hostile and uncooperative. She stated Lisa is not a paralegal and that further inquiries would require a paid consultation. Throughout our conversation, she repeatedly interrupted me and eventually hung up. I'm extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism displayed by this representative, who claimed to be a supervisor. The behavior was unprofessional and left a negative impression.

Kelley Grant had helped me to handle the eviction smoothly. Especially Patricia who guided me step by step through the whole process. She communicated and review all the steps quickly and clearly, to avoid any mistakes. I am so happy with her services.
