I own a few properties and I normally handle the uncontested part of the evictions. I have done more than 5 uncontested evictions by myself. But this time, for lack of " time " and "energy" I contacted Kelley & Grant to handle the eviction. The experience was outstanding. They made this process seem effortless for me. I didnt fill out the docs and worring about the risk of doing something wrong, I didnt have to go the court to file anything, they did all the work for me. They kept me informed of every single step. They didnt missed any deadline. They check if the tenant responded or not. Their service was professional and courteous. In my opinion, my piece of mind and my time was worth every penny I paid for their service (btw, very reasonable price). Yes, I will use their service again.
