Alex was fantastic to work with. He was usually available to speak directly with and occasionally if he wasn't, he would return my call promptly. I always spoke directly with Alex...not his secretary or a paralegal. He was easy to talk with. He spoke in clear terms and made things easy to understand. He was always professional, courteous and sympathetic to my situation. Perhaps most importantly, I always felt as though my case was a priority for him and he had my best interests in mind.
