Gladstone and Weissman's reputation as the prominent family law practice is well-earned. The entire staff is dedicated towards producing effective results during the most trying of times. It provided great comfort knowing there was a team of caring and incredibly competent professionals working on my behalf.
Jeff Weissman was the obvious star of the team. He helped me clarify my goals and stay on track. Even when the case got contentious, I never once doubted who had my back. Jeff steered me through a mine field of complex and emotional obstacles with an obvious command of the law, the benefit of his experience, and a genuine caring which showed true compassion and empathy. I could not have ended up where I did without him, and will never forget what he did for me.

When you go to a battle you want to bring a weapon and not start out the war (that is what you are getting into with the way the system is with divorce whether you think so or not) waving the white hanky. That is the Jeffrey Weissman way of battle. He is a very smart guy but sincerely believes that his profession and speciality actually has an ethical standard. So if you have Jeffrey as your attorney you will be fighting a fair fight while your opponent will be beating your ass. In my case I have never seen a weaker deal maker in my life. In my case the other attorney with far less experience out dealt Jeffrey in every area. My final agreement was far richer than it had to be and it had so many undone or badly written areas that it has cost me many thousands of dollars to have the final agreement "defined". If you have lot's of assets and want to hold onto at least half of them, this is not the guy for you. He is very weak and should probably become a judge since he is so into how ethical he thinks his fellow bar members are, the guy is truly delusional.
