After getting home from the timeshare sponsored resort setting and re-reading everything in the contract, I became very stressed over what I had just signed. I felt like a fool. I was embarrassed that I signed up for something so financially onerous. Although I was skeptical (and embarrassed) about engaging a law firm to extract me from the timeshare nightmare, I knew I needed help. I vetted many legal firms that specialize in the area of helping individuals extract themselves from seedy timeshare situations like mine. 100% Recommended - Successful timeshare exit My Wife and I stayed at the HGV Las Vegas and ended up with a timeshare. After a few months of convincing ourselves that we made a good decision, we snapped out of our denial and reached out to Natalie to help cancel our timeshare contract through an agent we found online. We were extremely skeptical since there are so many timeshare cancellation scams. But the moment we spoke to Natalie, and saw her success track record with timeshare contract cancellations and her professionalism, we felt relieved and confident that we will one day be timeshare free. Fast forward a few months, and throughout those months of waiting Natalie and her team have been extremely patient in answering our questions and keeping us updated on the responses from Hilton. Highly Recommended – Successful Timeshare Exit We bought into a timeshare years ago. At that time, the quick talking timeshare salesperson made lots of promises and guarantees which turned out to be very misleading. For example, we discovered that the annual maintenance fees increased significantly every year. Also, these fees are payable forever; and would even pass onto our heirs. Due to these exorbitant fees and that the timeshare no longer met our vacation needs; we made the decision to get out of our timeshare contract. Easier said than done! The timeshare company would not take the timeshare back, nor would they help us in any other way. Selling was an option, but there were no buyers. We reached out to numerous timeshare exit companies. They all had the same things in common: a high pressure salesperson, multiple annoying phone calls, and vague descriptions of what they would do, and requiring significant upfront commission fees, but provided no guarantees that our timeshare would be sold. After research, each company had many complaints filed against them. This was very frustrating experience. Our experience changed dramatically after contacting Natalie Boukzam. During our first phone call, she discussed our particular situation. She then described in detail what she was going to do, and answered all our questions. We knew exactly what to expect and felt very comfortable to proceed. After paying a one-time fee, Natalie Boukzam and her office handled everything else. They guided us through the entire process; and provided us with timely updates. They were always available to answer our questions. After less than seven months, their effort and expertise concluded with our timeshare contract being cancelled. Natalie and her team took us on as clients to get us out of our timeshare. They said it would take some time, but they would be able to release us from the timeshare. We were given a fee to pay up front.During the whole process, no other monies were asked for from us. Natalie and her firm kept us informed and up to date on what was happening with our case. We waited patiently and finally we got good news that we were released from the timeshare. We received a Certificate of Sale for proof.
