Natalie successfully had our time share terminated. It took a few years but it was finally done. Any questions we had as the process were answered by her or her staff in a timely manner. Also, there were no additional charges. I heartily recommend them.

I initially contacted Baukzam Law on April 1, 2020 for assistance with cancelling my timeshare contract. I spoke with Natalie who was very nice and empathetic with my situation. I was feeling very foolish for getting into this situation but she assured me that I’m not alone and she would be able to help me. She explained that the process could take as long as 12 to 18 months. I was okay with that as long as I didn’t have to continue making payments on the contract. Her brother Ryan was the person who negotiated with the timeshare company. Much to my surprise, he was able to obtain a settlement in less than 3 weeks. I can’t tell you how much of a relief this is financially and emotionally. This is one of the few times I can say that I am totally satisfied with my attorney and would recommend Baukzam Law to anyone looking to get out of their timeshare.

She was very responsive to my queries regarding progress on the case. The termination itself took well over a year, however the COVID-19 Pandemic played a significant role in the delay.
