From the minute I spoke to Gregg Hollander I knew I was in good hands. I left a voicemail after hours a day after my accident, and he called me back at 8:00 PM to discuss my case and see to it that I would be taken care of. From there I visited him and his AWESOME paralegal Jennifer. They walked me through the process and helped arrange my doctors visits/physical therapy. They were always checking in, giving me updates, telling me the proper course of action, and were there to answer any of the questions that I had. Jennifer was such a great help and always had an informed answer to any of my questions. They wrapped up my case within one year and one month of the accident, and got me WELL ABOVE the market value settlement for my case, right in time for the holidays. They handled all legal fees, all medical bills, all insurance communications/issues, everything up to the point where I got my check. They even get reductions on your medical bills so you end up with more money in your pocket! Greg Hollander was everything and more. This was my very first time dealing with a lawyer and I can not be more pleased. He was easy to talk to, always available and made the whole process simple. I found out that years later several contracts that he prepared for me would not stand up in court. They were found to have many errors and when I needed to executed them against a loan that was not paid to me, several lawyers told me that I couldn't use these contracts. There were so many FL laws cited in error and incorrect language used. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I did try to have this guy disbarred, but I was just over the 7 year mark. YOU DO KNOW MY DECEASED FATHER...Sidney Grant...I'm referring to contracts you created for Palm Beach Bagel!!!! Remember those? Or the so-called UCC1's that I found out were NEVER filed!!! Think back to mid 2000's.
