I received a lot of promises of things like personal service agreements, arrangements to be paid for providing services for my mom. I never received anything. I spent over a year gathering documents, bank statements etc. Then I'm informed that my mom makes too much money each month and I should wait till she runs out of money before applying for Medicaid. Well that turned out to be the worst advise I ever got. After providing $4,000 to Ms Hollister I got actually nothing done. When I asked for a partial refund all I got was a voice message stating she did all the work and there will be no refund. I called and asked for a phone conversation but got none. My advice would be careful when dealing with this attorney, she promises the world, uses all these legal terms for things she can do for you but does NOT DELIVER. I guess the clue is she always said, don't forget to bring a check. This is part of why people in general dislike attorneys. All smiles at first but fail to live up to the talk. My advice which is free, go somewhere else!! Howard Alexander
