I was struggling on my own with trying to deal with our HomeOwner's insurance company to obtain a fair reimbursement from them for damages we suffered from after Hurricane Ian. Honestly, I felt defeated! I hired Ged Lawyers to take over the claim and things started to advance accordingly, finally, I felt we could perhaps expect to be treated fairly!!! I was confident with the guidance Ged was providing us and hopefully, the insurance company will stop treating us so unfairly! David Shaheen was comforting to talk to so we could understand the expectations now that he was handling our difficulties. My wife and I were both relieved to have had the weight of this lifted off our shoulders.  David was powerful, professional, confident, influential, and compassionate. He took immediate command of our claim clearly explaining to me what we were entitled to. David reassured me that he personally had substantial experience in dealing with our insurance company, so we trusted him to approach them and fight for the claim money we were entitled to in order to return our home to the condition it was in before Hurricane Ian inflicted its wrath upon us. It is easy to get discouraged since the insurance company unnecessarily dragged the negotiations out!  Fortunately, David and his paralegal, Symon Ferreira, were there to comfort us and apprise us to expect such delays.  Apparently, that is part of the insurance companies strategy!  In the early stage of our claim, they strongly recommended we engage the services of both a loss consultant and an engineer to investigate and report on the extent of the damages Hurricane Ian inflicted on our home.  Together with the strength of their findings and David's skills in negotiating, the insurance company finally had their "come to Jesus moment" and offered us a settlement that we deemed acceptable to avoid having to litigate to obtain the funds we knew we were entitled to so e could repair the damages. Upon agreeing to the claim I immediately went about the process of engaging the services of professional contractors to effect the required repairs.  We are having every aspect of our claim corrected to restore our home to the condition it was in prior to Ian's rage. I know we would have suffered substantial financial losses had it not been for David Shaheen's involvement in every aspect of bringing our claim to the successful conclusion he achieved.  I want to express our deepest appreciation to David, Symon, and the Ged Law Firm.  I am also grateful to Marty Ged and his "Hurricane Ian Property Damage Seminar Cape Coral, FL"  that made me aware of Ged's capability.  They have genuinely exceeded our expectations, so thank you Ged Lawyers; we remain grateful and appreciate all you've done to resolve our claim.
