I was involved in lawsuit and was a novice at this since it was my first experience. I was referred to Adam by my corporate lawyer and he came highly recommended. The lawsuit involved some complex issues and he was incredibly insightful on several fronts. He provided excellent advice and guided me along the way with integrity, always sticking to the facts and never wavering from the truth. It was refreshing to know that our legal system is defended by someone of this caliber. I couldn't recommend him higher. Absolute class act.

Have used Adam on a number of cases over the years and know him personally as well (friend of a friend). Adam is pragmatic above all else. If a case requires litigation he will litigate. If a settlement makes more sense for a client he will craft one. He always looks to maximize the outcome for the client NOT his billable hours.

As President of the Board for a non-profit entity, I worked with Mr. Palmer on several projects. I was impressed with his professionalism and his communication skills -- always made things clear, understandable, and explaining all sides of the issues. I initially came to know Adam Palmer when he represented an opposing party in a contract matter. I was impressed enough to contact him approximately two years later to represent my organization in connection with a commercial contract matter that was quickly escalating into a problem. I found Adam to be firm but reasonable in his approach. More importantly, he was able to find an incredibly creative way to resolve our legal issues and avoid protracted litigation. In short, he was able to find a prompt and efficient legal solution that was not readily apparent. Through his involvement, we were able to achieve a favorable result much sooner than anticipated. Having been on both sides of Adam's counsel, I have found him to be intelligent, articulate, creative and focused. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I retained the services of Atty. Palmer during August, 2010 to November, 2011 to assist me in recovering from a major case of financial fraud which has severely damaged my retirement. During this time Atty. Palmer failed to represent my best interests and forced me as client to absorb various legal expenses which could have been minimized or otherwise avoided. During this period Atty. Palmer negotiated and charged me dearly for an agreement with a financial fraudster that has ended up being totally useless and invalid. All of this work and waste of time cost me over $30,000 in legal and unnecessary arbitration registration expenses whereas, had Atty. Palmer dispensed honest and ethical advice in the first place, I should have been immediately directed to engage a bankruptcy lawyer in the appropriate jurisdiction, and properly assisted by him in learning about the requirements of fending for myself in the bankruptcy area. Meanwhile, throughout Atty. Palmer showed negligible interest in my case and was unsuccessful in dealing with the opponent on my behalf. In fact, he seemed to lack the experience needed to deal forcefully with the person who had defrauded me. At the end of my legal involvement with him, Atty. Palmer belatedly and disgracefully stated that "he had regretted taking my case in the first place", which I view as an insult to a client he had already thoroughly "milked". So it has been one of the worst legal experiences of my entire life.

Adam has skillfully handled a variety of issues for our firm and for me, personally. Areas of representation spanned litigation defense of spurilous claims, Landlord/tenant disputes, contract law, document review, real estate matters, and others. His performance has been very satisfactory and he is diligent to offer practical advice for settling matters as quickly as possible and at the best economic consideration. He is personable and professional, and always comports as a gentleman (Even though a lawyer!) .

Mr. Palmer has represented us on a number of issues over the 20 years we have worked with him. Keeping someone on your team that long, speaks volumes in itself. I was referred to Adam Palmer over 10 years ago by a local attorney. The first case I retained him for was a civil matter which he prevailed in short order. I was impressed by his hands on approach and his perseverance. Not only was he available for my numerous questions, he acted swiftly and met my expectations. Some years later, I hired Adam to pursue a property insurance claim due to Hurricane Wilma. Needless to say, the homeowners insurance company was unwilling to settle at a reasonable amount. The process turned out to be laborious with countless depositions and volumes of paperwork forwarded to the Insurance company's counsel. 14 months into the suit, I fell gravely ill. I was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor. The prognosis was grim with the doctors giving me little hope of survival after 3 months. Needless to say, my life was shattered. I called Adam to tell him the news, and he acted exactly the way I thought he might. He was extremely emotional and told me that his first priority was to expedite the case and seek maximum compensation. The suit was settled favorably 3 weeks later. It is rare to find such compassion, particularly when it comes from someone outside your circle of friends and family. I told Adam that I would never forget what he accomplished for us. I am proud to say that Adam has become one of my closest friends. I mean...how can you ever thank someone enough for stepping outside a client/attorney relationship and going the extra mile? I am proud to say that I have referred many of my friends and business partners to Adam over the years and he continues to exceed their expectations. But then again...I am not surprised. I am happy to say I am cancer free for over 5 years now, and am constantly reminded of Adam's heroic efforts when I needed him most Charles

Finding a good lawyer can be a daunting task. Finding a lawyer that has compassion and is trustworthy is worth taking note of - hence my review here, today. I had a personal matter with my estranged husband. I do not wish to disclose the details, but I can say that once Adam took over, my mind was at ease and my heart at peace.
