I spoke with Michael. While they were not able to assist us in our current situation, he did provide guidance on how we could handle it and sent us an email with links and steps to take to get us started, for free. Not everyone would do this. If we find ourselves needing their service regarding our situation down the road, I would not hesitate to contact him again.
