He is very approachable, and will relate to you on a personal level, helping you with any legal problems such as Condo/HOA issues, title issues, etc. Having met and gotten to know Dan, I now have a go-to person for any aspect of real estate law. In fact he offered to stay on the phone with me while I do the paper work because he wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered! I wanted to send him a gratuity gift and he said better I should give it to a charity organization in the community. I rate this person 100%. The truth is I cannot thank this person enough because when I went to one attorney he said I need to do many things which in the end would equate to a very large sum of money our business needed to spend. When I spoke to Mr. Kaskel I said to me what the lawyer wants you to do if for those with estates and you do not need all of those things he is talking about. He stayed on the phone with me and did the LLC with me. Mr. Kaskel is a family person with a wonderful wife and children. I am happy to support him in any way.
