I was injured on the job and pushed into Workmen's Comp. At the beginning I believed the system was on my side.
After 9 months and denials I pursued legal action. I was given Jane Wender as a referral from a neighbor.
Jane was wonderful. She recognized the disservice I was receiving and helped me to get the help I needed to get my life back. Her experience and knowledge were evident and appreciated. I would highly recommend her to any family memeber. That says a lot in itself. Thank you!

From the moment I met Jane I could see that she was a NO Nonsense person. Whatever I needed Jane took care of. When therapy for my injury was being delayed Jane contacted the Insurance Company and got everything back on track.
Jane was professional yet personable and told me how my case would proceed from start to finish and that's exactly how it went.

I had fallen at work and had a seizure, I was getting no workers comp and honestly thought it was a lost cause to get anything from my job because of how everything went at the hospital. She was professional, down to earth and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have to deal with anything annoying and she made the process very easy. She was cut and dry in a way that was necessary. We were able to settle rather quickly and for that I am so grateful. She was amazing to say the least. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone.
