Len get's things done! He has a balance of the law and what's the best solution for a problem. I would definitely use him again.

Len is the Association attorney and has handled all our requests with exceptional and professional advice.

Unfortunately, my mother was in a situation involving tenants that refused to leave. It looked like we wouldn't be able to get them out without help, so we looked around and ended up hiring Len. Without his help, I'm sure the tenants would still be refusing to leave, but thankfully Len was able to get this taken care of.

Unfortunately, I had to hire and fire 2 attorneys before I met Leonard Wilder. He is the most knowlegible and professional lawyer. He responds on weekends or late in the day and always gave me a sound and good advise. Me. My HOA retained Bakalar and Associates as our Attorney. I was responsible for bookkeeping and legal for the association. The attorney who handled my day to day inquires was Len Wilder. Martin Rosenbloom was asked to validate our processes and documents for our annual election and attend the election to be sure that we did everything according to the law. We couldn’t be happier with the representation and advice provided by this firm. They advised us on homeowner issues and violations, fining, mediation, collections, legal questions about our documents, amendments that had been filed and the process for filing new ones, foreclosures, etc. Due to the “shoot from the hip” mentality of prior boards we were really starting from ground zero as far as what we should do to run the association properly, fairly, and legally. All of my questions to Len were answered very promptly, clearly, and unambiguously. E-mailed questions were answered the same day, usually within a few hours. Len was easily reachable by phone too. Rates were fair, invoices were clear, and each invoice had an invoice number making it easy to record in our books and tie legal expense to a particular unit. Len was on vacation when we were getting ready for our annual meeting, and so Martin helped us with that. The level of service that he provided was the same as Len’s. Really top-notch. Do yourself and your HOA a favor, call and talk with Len and see if his firm is right for you. He’ll make your life easier, and both you and your HOA will be better for having hired his firm.

Len Wilder has been a terrific asset to the Homeowners Association that I manage as a Licensed Community Association Manager in the State of Florida. His legal opinions on various issues like parking & towing, violations of HOA docs, document amendments & rental restrictions have all been direct and on point. He does not equivocate. Not only is he very knowledgeable about community association law, he also possesses a great deal of common sense and has a ton of real life experience that helps immensely when dealing with all the nutty situations that come up in an HOA..
