My father passed away in a nursing home after contracting sepsis . Was recommended to this lawyer. His secretary took my info and said I would receive a callback. Waited a month with no response . Called the firm and never took the time to return my call. An hour later receive an email that they couldn’t help with my case . A professional would have taken maybe 3-5 minutes of their time to at least callback. Totally dropped the ball and then when I explained how unprofessional the situation was, received a phone call apologizing for the situation from the lawyer .
