I shared my case with them, and they told me they couldn't accept, which I feel I do have a case. They accept who they wanna accept. They basically told me to find another lawyer.

Garrick Harding handled my Mom's case where she had been injured at the nursing home she was residing and Garrick worked with my Dad and myself to get this settled and we were very satisfied with the work Senior Justice Law Firm and the professionalism of Garrick Harding. He took the time to explain things to my 80 year old Dad about how this process worked and I'm thankful my Dad got the settlement he was looking for, it won't bring Mom back but it did put the spotlight on the local nursing home to do better. Worst experience ever.. Would never recommend them to anyone. Told me I had a case and then basically threw me under the bus. Now they are using an excuse on paying me the little settlement they made me take. Made me relive the passing of my mom for this. They sure have no problem taking their 33% for absolutely doing nothing! All my attorney kept saying is accept the offer and find closure on your mom’s passing. I have had other people go thru this and received their check within 2-3 weeks.. All I want to do with wherever I may get if anything is to donate it to a charity on the 1 year anniversary of my mom’s passing. They should be ashamed of taking 33% when they were the ones that pressured me into taking the settlement.

I'm happy to share reflections about our positive personal experience with David Brevda and his team at Senior Justice Law Firm. Ryan Dwyer was efficient, thorough and honest with us during the entire process. He was also compassionate and he really fought for the justice and honor of our mother who had passed. I contacted them during a very difficult time in my life, my 96 year old mom had just passed away due to the negligence of an ALF.
