We hired Mindy to assist my Mom in getting her husband on Medicaid. When we hired Mindy we were faced with several challenges financially, emotionally and unknowns. She was very helpful through-out the process working above and beyond to get my step-dad on Medicaid. She continues to be very responsive to our questions.

My son was in an accident that left him paralyzed from the chest down. Mindy drew up a Special Needs trust for me and gave me excellent advise on how to qualify for Medicaid. I found her services very caring and professional. I would strongly recommend her.

Never use this Lawyer First meeting after we paid retainer she was over one hour late. Did not have us meet in her office, actually her office was less the five minutes to the Starbucks she designated for us to all meet. Very unprofessional. Only met once and the rest was mostly text and email.

Mom has dementia but still has the clarity to have decided to amend her trust. We needed to do that in a way that would withstand challenge by disgruntled family members.
