I previously used Lisa on some trust work which was pretty straight forward and she knew what questions to ask to keep the process moving and meet my needs. Subsequently, I was selling a condo and buying a condo with a simultaneous closing. Under the best of circumstances a challenge and I contacted Lisa without hesitation. Because the closing wasn't going to be enough of a challenge I had just over a two week window. The seller's of my new condo live in South America. The condo I was purchasing was in a trust and all their documents were in Spanish! And my then condo has an association that is incompetent at best and negligent at worst. Phew. That was a lot of balls up in the air. My rockstar lawyer Lisa handled it all. I'm not sure how but there were dozens (hundreds?) of emails and phone calls between all parties to get this thing done. Literally five minutes before my new association closed for the day and I was to be homeless it all came together. I credit Lisa and her persistence with getting it done. Let me say I am not the easiest client and can be needy and pushy at the same time. Lisa didn't take anything personally. I am forever in her debt. I can say without hesitation that if Lisa Glassman is available and specializes in what you are needing done. Do yourself a favor and hire her. The best decision you will make.
