David and Kristin Pittman are 2 of the best people to work with regarding the law and really understanding people and their needs. The client is placed at the top of importance bottom line. I was introduced to David buy a mutual acquaintance for help with banks that were trying to force me into losing commercial properties I had spent my life working. The banks were in trouble and I became their target with such large loan balances. I couldn’t believe that the banks would go so far as they did when I had always been a good customer. I never thought I would end up in this situation. David is a trial attorney and let me know that this was not a situation that he would normally be able to help with. However, he was able to develop a strategy based around the things the bank had done wrong and tie together extremely complicated pieces of a big puzzle to help me. He was able to help me negotiate over $5,000,000 million dollars in principal reductions and helped me save my business. Other Attorneys that helped David and I do what David needed done (at one point six of them) were amazed at what David was able to accomplish. David just has a way of working things out and the knowledge needed so not to be pushed around by the other attorneys. David has come to be a great attorney and friend at a very tough time in my life. I would highly recommend his service.

When the Real Estate market collapsed and foreclosures filings were running rampant, David Pittman was invaluable in helping our family through a difficult time. With His high confidence level he kept us focused on our goal to keep our home and successfully guided us through the process of our Mortgage Modification. Although this process was very stressful, his positive attitude kept us moving ahead. Because of David’s extensive knowledge in not only Legal, but also Financial matters, we were able to achieve our goal of obtaining an approved modification, which even included substantial debt forgiveness. He always took the time to answer all of our questions and to address even our most trivial concerns. On several occasions he even returned our call on a Sunday afternoon. I had moved to the area and had no idea who to call. Thank goodness I had just met David at a local business and had him as a contact. I did not realize how great of a contact that would become.
