Not much gets done in our families without his valuable input.

Patrick has been very helpful to our family on multiple occasions. His expertise at creative estate planning to minimize tax risk and preserve family assets for subsequent generations is extensive. His evaluation of documents created by another attorney in another state uncovered some unintended consequences that we could be aware of and work around.

Pat Casey was recommended to us by our banker as a highly professional, knowledgeable, and creative estate planning and trust attorney. He proved to be all of that as well as one who excels in listening as well as questioning over hours interviews. This resulted in a set of documents which cover each of our concerns and wishes. All in all it was a very enlightening and pleasant experience and my wife and I highly recommend him.

Best attorney I every had been there since day one and knew him for 2 years and always helped me with my legal troubles

I would not recommend him to anyone. I paid him to basically do nothing for me. He did not put up a fight in court st all. He is not a good attorney at all, just a waste of money.

Had a speeding ticket that was way above 20 miles an hour officer had everything against me and mr. Carney still got me off with a technical glitch that I believe most attorneys probably would not have caught it. I recommended him to anyone thank you mr. Carney God bless you!!!!

I should not have used this attorney. This is the first time in my life I have not had an attorney get me off on a traffic ticket. No reduction in points, no traffic school, full fine, plus court costs and the attorneys fee, cost me a boat load. I received a solicitation on the mail from this attorney, I think that was my first mistake not doing research or checking for reviews.

Mr. Ned Hale really is a great guy and answered all my questions calmly and gave me great tips to get over a sensitive land issue. I do recommend these guys for any real estate needs in the fort myers area.
