I live in Ct.and needed help removing a tenant for non payment. I called Attorney Simpson and she promptly sent me the necessary paperwork to complete. She posted the first letter and the tenant moved out in seven days. I was trilled and she also sent me back a refund for the amount that was not needed for court fees etc. I highly recommend Attorney Simpson.
