I worked with Gregory Glen on 2 different types of document he did for me. I found him to be very caring and listened to all my input. He was also very good about explaining everything to me before I sign the documents so that I fully understood them. Greg Glen is at the top of his class when it comes to elder law. Mr. Glenn helped me when my dad got sick. My dad did not have a power of attorney or a will. He needed nursing care. He got my dad a durable power of attorney and a will and got him Medicaid to help pay the $10,000.00 nursing home bill. I thought my dad had to be broke to get Medicaid. Mr. Glenn moved some of dad’s money to a special needs trust we used to pay for his house expenses and even got him extra caregivers. With Mr. Glenn’s help we were able to get Medicaid and save my dad’s money so he could use it until he died. He really knows about Medicaid and what documents we needed to avoid court.

Mr. Glenn was very hands-on, knowledgeable and detail oriented when he set up Medicaid plans for both of my parents so that they could get nursing home Medicaid back in 2013. Not only did he help get them eligible, most importantly, in our case, he went that extra mile and provided post-eligibility suggestions in the “Plan” in the event one of them died. My dad did pass away. The plan Mr. Glenn helped my parents put in place kept my mom on Medicaid without interruption. Mr. Glenn is accessible, kept us on track, and even helped with the probate when my dad died. Although Mr. Glenn has completed his services a few years back, I contacted him recently and he was kind enough to answer a brief question I had about my mother’s current Medicaid. He is caring, compassionate, and did quality work. I would highly recommend him.
