I was involved in an accident with a car and a Semi Truck when my pickup truck began to hydroplane out of control on I-95. My wife and i were lucky that we and everyone else involved didn’t get hurt. However, i was issued a “Careless Driving” ticket by the Sate Trooper because apparently according to the Florida DMV Laws, you are always supposed to maintain control of your vehicle even if your vehicle is out of control!? I called and talked to Sharon and emailed her a copy of my ticket. They represented me without any hassle and the need for me to appear in person. The ticket was dismissed and i never had to pay or attend any driving courses as well as no negative points on my driver’s license. I would like to thank Sharon and the Law Office of Tyler Harding for the great job they did on my behalf. When you tell people your getting divorced, you hear nothing but horror stories. Tyler Harding and his assistant Sharon made sure that wasn’t the case for me.
