I worked with Jennifer for well over a year on my divorce case and am incredibly pleased with the outcome and her invaluable assistance throughout. From the day I hired her till settlement, she was spot on regarding what the case was about, where our strengths were versus where the case was weaker. She will work with you within reason and never once surprised me with additional charges. I always felt she was in my corner, knew the players very well, and consistently delivered excellent advice, work product, and represented me professionally with opposing counsel, mediators, and judges. It may not mean much when reading this, but after we reached a settlement, Jennifer told me that after a few days the finality and enormity of it all would hit me - I was married for over two decades. She was not only right, but made sure to call and text me in the days and weeks that followed just to check in and see how I was doing. In the end, it is family law and the emotions run very high. Jennifer understands that and doesn't treat you or your case like a real estate transaction, she got to know me, my situation, and what was truly important to me. I strongly recommend Jennifer without any reservations. Interview several attorneys for this decision, but rest assured, she will deliver what she tells you to expect. She was truly a blessing for me during this incredibly difficult time.

My son hire Jenifer Milne ,she was able to get my son more then he imagined. She was able to prove all facts in front of the Judge with her professional and strong presence. She was patient with us and caring .She returned all texts phone calls and emails it was very comforting.I never had a Attorney do that before ever.I would and have recommended her ,especially if your a Dad. I hired Jennifer Milne after my family attorney passed away, my ex had stopped timesharing because he was so scorned that I married the neighbor. He used the judicial system as a weapon for his embarrassment and shame, Using my 5 year old adopted son as a pawn in his vendetta again myself and my husband.
