We went to Ms. L'Italien after working with a loan modification company that just took our money and did nothing to help us. Ms. L'Italien right away talked to the bank and did all of our paperwork over again. She would always call us herself and met with us as much as needed. Although it took awhile it wasn't her fault and we finally got the loan modification and court case dismissed.
