I was rear ended while transporting an HR ship out on I 95. I Contacted & subsequently hired Mr. Kogan. I was kept in the loop from day one, I had multiple surgeries & therapy, (orchestrated by Mr. Kogan) as soon as the surgeries were complete & my pain level subsided, he was on top of the settlement.
