The law firm was very thorough, were good to return phone calls and emails. My case was small, and as with most things legal took quite a while in this small auto claim for BI (about 1 year). However, the attorney was generous with the legal fee as the opposing insurance company wouldn't budge from their offer, even though there were injuries. I did feel there was a bit of shifting around with different people involved and Darryl did not personally represent me. However, I understand in business load balancing is necessary. The end result was more than acceptable

My daughter was a passenger in a horrific auto accident where she had to spend 5 days at the hospital for surgery and recovery of her injuries. Unfortunately, my daughter did not drive so she had no insurance, and the driver only had the basic insurance required by law. Thankfully, we contacted Kogan and Disalvo. They did an EXCELLENT job at representing my daughter. Although there was no insurance to compensate my daughter for her injuries, Kogan and Disalvo was able to negotiate with our auto insurance for them to extend some coverage which helped pay all of the outstanding medical bills' balances and loss of wages. They handled everything very efficiently and professionally from the beginning to the end. Jocelyn was very helpful in explaining everything to us and Paolina was also excellent at providing updates and communicating with us throughout the process.
