My daughter was rear ended by a young man with no insurance. Kogan and Disalvo was there to help. They did a great job explaining everything. They were very attentive and were very supportive. I highly recommend this law firm.

Wonderful, stress free experience from start to finish. Was rear ended in December 2016 and was pretty sure that I was injured. Went to the ER and found out that I had a concussion, and neck and back injuries. Wasn't sure of what to do moving forward. After careful consideration I called Kogan and DiSalvo, and within a week of my consultation with them they had me started in treatment for my injuries. I sustained a herniated disc in my neck and damage to my lower back. Also, there was damage to the front and rear of my car. They were able to get my car fixed, and cover all of my medical expenes from this accident. Huge shout out to Jodi! If it wasn't for Jodi I don't know that this process would have been anywhere near as smooth as it was. She is one of the easiest people to communicate with and hard worker who is always on your side. At one point in my case they had someone else working on it and I fought to get Jodi back. All I can say is thank you for everything and that I would highly recommend Kogan and DiSalvo to anyone who may find themselves in the same unfortunate situation that I was in.

I was extremely nervous of filing a lawsuit after suffering through a car accident with my wife and 2 year old daughter in the car but the staff at this law firm has been amazing. Karen has been patient and thorough throughout the process, fighting hard to make sure all of our needs were met. They even waived their fees for the money received for my daughter, as a courtesy. This speaks volume about the character of the people in this law firm. They truly went above and beyond for me and my family.

Mr. DiSalvo and his team are extraordinary. He helped me in my motor vehicle accident 4 years ago. I was a fearful 18 year old unaware of the process and in tremendous pain from my accident.
