I recently consulted Kim Muenter to prepare a VA trust for my mother. She was very sweet and patient with my elderly mother and aided us in preparing the documentation that was needed to set up the trust. It was a lengthy process. She was always available when we needed her and took the time to answer all of our questions. When we needed help from the VA for her assisted living, Kim aided us in applying for benefits. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing her services.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with Kim for the past 2 years from setting up a Medicaid Trust to facilitating the probate process. I was fighting with my wife and her lawyer for 3 years. So I decided to look for another lawyer. I read multiple reviews on avvo about Matt Martell they were all great. Used Lisa Gonzalez Moore for a real estate questions that got complicated due to deaths. She answered everyone of them clearly. I then hired her to Quick Claim Deed the property to the right designee, heading off any complications at the closing. She reacted in a very timely manner, was very professional and communicated well in every step of the process. I will use her exclusively, for all my transactions in the future.
