After being unexpectedly injured from a bad slip and fall incident (with what would prove to be a very difficult institution to work with), I could not have been happier with my experience with their firm. Communications wise, I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Excellent response times. They work tirelessly to do what is right for their clients and there is a sense of genuine trust.
