Kennedy Legler was referred to me after my mother acquired a bedsore during a surgical procedure at a hospital in Bradenton. He did his best to help me see if the case was viable. Kelli Martinez was fantastic. She not only explained the entire process and answered all of my questions, she settled the case in less than 3 months. The fabulous Kelli Martinez was the third attorney I had representing my case. The first one represented me for about 2 months and transferred my case to the second attorney, who represented my case for about 13 months. Neither of these first two wanted to answer my questions or furnish me with details of the progression of the case, nor did they get any results in the more than 15 months they were, supposedly, representing me. Then, at Mediation, their supervisor withdrew their firm from the case. On top of that, he lied to me and then he lied about me to my new attorney.
